The DHL eCS Americas Rewards Program was designed to recognize your efforts and outstanding accomplishments of Attendance. In 2022 we will be incorporating Safety and quality criteria.

01 JOIN Join to star earning points

• Sign up at dhlpromogear.mybrightsites.com or scan the QR Code provided.
• Create a login and password.
• Enter your personal information and your respective Distribution Center address.
• Receive a DHL branded t-shirt after creating an account.

02 EARN Earn points every time you receive a reward card.

• To earn a Reward Card each week and start accumulating points to redeem for a variety of DHL gear, employees must meet the recognition criteria of 100% Attendance by working their full scheduled shift each day.
• For working full scheduled shift each day, employees earn one (1) Reward Card - worth 10 points.
• If employee is SCHEDULED off, they are eligible to receive Reward Card for the week; however,  any unscheduled day(s) off will exclude eligibility for the week.
• Reward Cards will be presented by Supervisors and Operations Managers on a weekly basis to employees with 100% Attendance.

03 REDEEM Redeem points for exclusive DHL

• After successfully entering your personal information and earning your first Reward Card, you are now ready to register your points in the website. Codes certificates are available at the back of your Reward Card.
• Select your preferred gift within the categories available or save your points balance to redeem them for better prizes later.
• Once you have selected your gift and placed your order you will receive an order confirmation. Please expect 3-4 weeks for your item to be  delivered at your DC location.
